The word "chiropractic" comes from the Greek words cheiro (hand) and praxis (practical), meaning "done by hand.”
Chiropractic care is not meant to cure or fix disease- it is intended to restore optimal function of the body
Traditional healthcare waits until there is a problem to treat, but at Cultivate we want to reach people before any problems arise. The word “cultivate” means “to foster the growth of; to improve by labor, care, or study; to refine.” Those words encompass our mission for every person that walks through our door: We hope to help you grow, to help you improve your health to its greatest potential, to help refine your nervous system to be equipped for whatever it faces
Perinatal Care
Perinatal care encompasses both the prenatal and postpartum periods. Pregnancy is a beautiful time of life, but it is not always comfortable or enjoyable for mom. The Webster technique was specifically developed to safely align the mother’s pelvis to make the most space for the baby within. Mothers who are under regular chiropractic care throughout their pregnancy experience shorter labor duration, fewer interventions, and overall better outcomes than their non-chiropractic peers.
Following delivery, much attention is focused on the new baby, but postpartum moms require a lot of time and attention in this season, and chiropractic care can help with both the physical and emotional struggles these moms face.
Pediatric Care
90% of our brains develop between birth and 5 years. While we are born with all the neurons we will ever have, the connections between those neurons (called synapses) develop as we learn new things. Pediatric chiropractors encourage normal development of these synapses and remove any interferences that may hinder or delay that development. We look at milestones and primitive reflexes to gauge where the brain is and look for any red flags that we can subvert before a problem actually develops. Our goal is to help every child that enters our office cultivate health that endures through their lives and into the next generation.
Neurodiversity Care
Neurodiverse kids struggle adapting their nervous systems to the world around them. It is similar to a native English speaker trying to communicate in a foreign language without ever being taught. Chiropractic care helps ease the tension in these kids’ nervous systems and helps them find more balance. We also recommend specific exercises and dietary changes to extend the impact of adjustments. These children have such beautiful, uniquely wired minds and our goal is to help them learn to communicate with the world in their own unique way.
Family Wellness Care
Moms, dads, big sisters and brothers - We all need chiropractic! Life is hard on our minds and bodies, but regular adjustments help us not only recover from the difficulties, but also bolster us for the challenges ahead. The simple habit of seeing a chiropractor regularly can be the difference between just getting by and truly thriving.

This depends on the chiropractor to whom you currently go. If they are Webster certified and regularly see pregnant patients, you can definitely continue your care with them. If not, we recommend transferring to a Webster certified chiropractor for the duration of your pregnancy.
