Dr. Kathryn Lederer, DC

Although Kathryn has been under chiropractic care for most of her life, it wasn’t until high school—when she began suffering from chronic headaches—that she truly understood its life-changing impact. Regular chiropractic care not only freed her from her daily doses of Excedrin but also opened her eyes to how lifestyle and environment play a critical role in overall health.

Kathryn earned a dual undergraduate degree in Business Management and International Business from Liberty University. She then pursued her Master of Science in Human Nutrition at the University of Bridgeport. During her graduate studies, she worked as a midwife assistant with the Midwives of New Jersey—a role that sparked her passion for supporting mothers and babies. While she knew midwifery wasn’t her calling, witnessing the benefits of prenatal and pediatric chiropractic care led her to pursue chiropractic as her path.

She went on to attend Life University for her Doctor of Chiropractic degree, graduating Magna Cum Laude in 2021. Kathryn is a member of the International Chiropractic Pediatric Association (ICPA) and holds both Webster and Perinatal certifications. She is currently working toward her CACCP (Certification by the Academy Council of Chiropractic Pediatrics) to better serve the children and families in her care.

Kathryn founded Cultivate Chiropractic with a simple yet powerful belief: by investing in the health of pregnant women and children, we can foster lasting wellness for generations to come. As the Scripture says, “He who sows sparingly will also reap sparingly, and he who sows bountifully will also reap bountifully” (2 Corinthians 9:6).

Outside of the office, Kathryn loves traveling the world, getting lost in a good book, and cozying up for movie nights with her two cats, Crosby and Nash. She’s also a proud “Auntie Kafrin” to her nieces and nephew, and cherishes time spent with her family.
